    Which Courier service do you use?
    We use Yodel for UK mainland deliveries. TNT are used for large items which weigh more than 30kg e.g. heavy duty gazebos. European orders are sent via DHL.

    What delivery options do I have?
    Services available for UK Mainland are:

    • Standard 3-5 Working Days
    • Next Working Day
    • Next Day AM (9AM - 1pm)
    • Saturday Service

    What is your cut off time for same day dispatch?
    Orders with express delivery options placed before 4pm will be dispatched the same day (Mon-Fri) or the first working day (weekends).

    Orders placed after 4pm will be dispatched the following working day.

    If I order today what is the fastest delivery?
    We offer a next working day service delivery which costs slightly more than the standard delivery. If you order before 4 PM GMT and select this option you will receive it the next working day. All orders after 4PM will be carried forward to the next working day. This excludes personalised or custom fit goods as this takes a couple of days to process.

    Are there any guarantees?
    All of our products come with a one year guarantee, during which time we will repair or replace the item provided the problem is caused by faulty craftsmanship. All items need to be boxed or sufficiently wrapped for return.

    If I don’t like the item can I return it?
    Items can be returned to us for whatever within 14 days of purchasing. They must be in their original packaging and brand new. However the customer is responsible for postage costs and the refund can take up to 10 working days.

    What is the procedure if an item is faulty?
    If you receive an item which is faulty or damaged please contact us within 14 days. We can replace the item free of charge and we will cover the postage costs. If required a refund can be given. The goods must be returned unused and in the original packaging. If a fault develops over time, please contact us and we will do our best to sort it for you. If returned and not adequately packaged we have the right to refuse a returned item.
