    Refund Policy

    Merchandise purchased at S247 PLC may be returned to our warehouse within 14 days from the date of purchase provided that they are returned brand new and in the original packaging.

    This excludes personalised, customised, custom fit, or any other type of product where an adjustment has been made to the 'normal' at a customers request. These cannot be returned. We also reserve the right to alter, adjust, modify, resize, crop or recolour any image or text submitted to personalise an item with - this will only ever be to improve the quality of output.

    The customer will be responsible for the postage costs except for faulty items.

    We will endeavor to sort out a problem within 5 days of receiving the complaint. Please report non-delivery after 14 days of placing the order. IT MUST BE before 21 days if delivery/non delivery is within the UK. If an item needs replacing please phone or email, within 14 days of receiving the goods, so we can make arrangements.

    If the goods are faulty, damaged or different from those ordered, please contact us within 14 days of you receiving the order. We will replace the goods free of charge including postage, or give a full refund (if preferred) - within 30 days. It is important that you return the goods new and unused in the original packaging for you to receive a replacement or refund. If insufficiently protected we have the right to refuse the returned item.

    If the goods are ordered in error we will refund the goods in full, if sent back within 14 days of your receiving the order, but we will charge postage costs.

    Shipping Information

    We dispatch parcels Monday to Friday, and delivery is within these days (excluding Saturday delivery services which are delivered on Saturday).

    Our courier will attempt delivery, and if unsuccessful, will leave a calling card informing you of their attempt. Please follow the instructions on the card, or contact us for more help. If you do not respond to the card within 5 working days, the parcel will be returned to us and you will be liable for all postage costs. If you have not received a calling card within 5 working days of ordering, you should contact us to avoid the parcel been returned to our warehouse. If you have not contacted us within this timeframe, you may be liable for postage. There may be additional postage charges and delays to certain areas including Scottish Highlands - we will notify you of these before dispatch.

    Orders with an upgraded delivery choice (e.g. Next Day, Next Day AM, Next Day PM, Next Day Evening) placed before 1pm GMT will be dispatched the same day (Mon-Fri) or the first working day (weekends and bank holidays). Orders placed after 1pm GMT will be dispatched the following working day. If you order after 1pm but need same day dispatch, please let us know by telephone and in most cases we will be able to assist you.

    Mainland Europe includes mainland France, Spain, Ireland, Germany, Portugal, Czech Republic and Holland. Unless otherwise agreed, we do not ship to any other countries. If there any additional customs duties to pay, the customer assumes full responsibility for them in their entirety.

    Please note Next Working Day delivery is available for personalised or custom fit products – however due to the extra processes involved, these typically take an additional 1-2 working days for dispatch (longer in peak times). Your order will therefore be delayed, unless requested, due to the administration and creation processes involved. If you need your personalised or custom fit products in a hurry, please call us, and in most cases we will be able to rush your order through.
    Please note for customized goods the following shipping provisions apply:
    - Next Working Day Delivery will be based upon a 3-4 working day delivery, unless you request otherwise.
    - Standard 3-5 Working Day Delivery will be based upon 5 to 7 day delivery.

    Order Acceptance
    Acceptance of your order and the completion of the contract between you and S247 PLC for the sale by it to you of any product will take place when S247 PLC notifies you by email confirming that it has dispatched your product. The acceptance will then be deemed complete and will be deemed for all purposes to have been effectively communicated to you at the time S247 PLC send this email, whether or not you receive it. Payment may be taken before this point but this does not indicate acceptance. If we cancel your order your payment will be refunded immediately.
    Cancellation Policy
    An order may be cancelled without reason 14 days after being in receipt of the order. Payment for the goods will be refunded within 30 days of receipt of the returned goods. The Customer will be responsible for all postage costs.

    Important: If you contact us after the given number of days above, S247 PLC has the right assume that the order has progressed to completion. You will not have the automatic right of a refund. We reserve the right to cancel any order for any reason at our discretion

When you sign up to our mailing list we only need to know your e-mail address and you will be sent details of new products and special offers in the store.

    Whilst every attempt is made to accurately represent the products that we sell, product pictures are only intended as a guide and may not be identical to supplied goods. If you feel that a product description or picture is inaccurate or misleading, then please let us know and we will do our best to correct it.

    Credit/Debit Card Security

    All financial transactions carried out with S247 PLC take place using secure servers. All information is encrypted using state of the art SSL software. This software ensures that no third party can access your details. All sites are scanned daily by an independent security company to detect and resolve any vulnerabilities. Credit/debit card details are deleted immediately after being charged and if you order online are not seen by any staff.
