Woodworm Sponsor West Indies Cricket
We are thrilled to announce that we are now the official kit
sponsor of the West Indies Cricket Board.
Before we took over Woodworm in 2008, the brand had been
through some tough times, with a pretty spectacular fall from grace well
documented by the media. In the last 3 years, we've worked on getting the
products right - great materials, great designs, great quality - and the brand
has really florished.
This sponsorship agreement marks the return of Woodworm to
the main stage of cricket - and will have The Worm seen by billions of people
worldwide.
And we couldn't be happier about that!
Its been chaotic work getting the kit ready for the World
Cup - we only had a couple of weeks from signing the deal to get it done - but
it's ready, and it's good! We use our hi-tec moisture wicking fabric that helps
keep the players cool and dry (it's the same technology we use in all our
cricket and golf clothing), and have designed a smart looking kit that proudly
carries the Worm on its sleeve.
